Work is due to start shortly at Liverpool John Moores University. This is the first project to be undertaken as part of our recently awarded framework agreement with Liverpool John Moores University and is being funded by the European Regional Development Fund.  The works involve the extensive refurbishment of  research laboratories and workshops located on the  ground floor and basement levels.

Work is due to start shortly at Buccleuch Lodge Day Centre in Withington,  Manchester. Works involve the remodelling and complete refurbishment of the day centre including refurbishment of bedroom and bathroom facilities, lounge and dining areas and the creation of a new phyiso area. Work is to be carried out whilst the day centre is fully operational and will be carried out in a number of phases.

Work is now underway at Notre Dame College in Everton. The work involves the remodelling and  refurbishment of 11 toilet blocks throughout the school. Works will be carried out in 6 phases and are due to complete in early February.

We are proud to announce that Rigby Construction have been awarded a 3 year framework agreement for the provision of Main Contractor services by Liverpool John Moores University. Our appointment follows a number successful projects within the higher education sector  and marks a major accomplishment in our continuing progression into new areas within the education sector.

After a successful tender package Rigby Construction have recently won a contract to undertake the complete refurbishment of 12 toilet blocks and additional changing room and shower areas at Saltash Community School. The project has been designed as part of our innovative concept, Quebicle Themed Washrooms and will incorporate four of our themed washroom designs.

Rigby Construction have recently won a job to undertake works at the NHS Buccleuch Day Centre in Withington, Manchester. Works involve the extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the Day Centre including associated mechanical and electrical works.

Following the successful completion of our first project at Delamere C of E Academy Rigby Construction have been appointed to undertake further extension and refurbishment work at the school. Works involve the extension of the exisiting school building and replacement of  the heating system throughout the school.

After the successful completion of our first two contracts for St Helens Council we have been awarded a further contract involving re-fenestration works to Chapel End Primary School in Wigan. Works will be carried out during the school summer holidays.

Work has recently started at Derbyshire Hill Youth Centre in St Helens Works involve internal remodelling and refurbishment to create a new boxing  gymnasium and the provision of new toilet facilities within the existing building

Work is due to start shortly at St Francis de Sales Catholic Junior School in Walton. The contract involves external repair works to all elevations of the school  including repointing, replacing damdged stone cills and bricks and external redecroation.
